WHO WE ARE: In-Focus Studio, an independent family operated business, had its beginnings in early 1970’s working out of a home basement, graduated to a converted garage Studio, and registered as a business, April, 1976. It outgrew the “home” business and moved downtown, 113 Garafraxa St.S. Durham, in early 1981. Space was limited, and the Studio was moved to a new location, 120 Garafraxa St.N. Durham, Aug.16, 1982. In April, 1995, AJ’s Art Supplies was added in Durham. A second location was opened in Walkerton, May 1, 1998. May 1, 2007, the Durham Art & Custom Framing was sold In-Focus Studio was moved to 343 Durham St. E. Walkerton. We are able to serve the community both photographically and artistically throughout the Bruce, North Wellington and Huron Counties. WHAT WE DO: PHOTOFINISHING:- Enlargements from negatives, slides, digital; Special cropping sizing; Digital Photo Copy Print Service in Colour, Black and White, and Sepia Tone. Digital Photography, Digital Printing Services available from most digital camera formats. CUSTOM FRAMING:- "LARGE or Small, We Frame it All”. Acid free conservation matting; Mat Cutting; Conservation backing for your valuable art.. Oversize mat boards; White and Black Foam Core for backing or art, photo, article displays. All Custom Framing is done in-house in Walkerton. We take pride and care to make your art, paintings, cross stitchings, photos, prints, memorabilia, your favourite shoes, (we’ll frame them too!) and more, a piece of finished decorative art for display in your home, office or cottage. WHAT IS AVAILABLE: Large selections of Mat Board, Foam Core, and Frame Stock; Clear and Non Glare Glass. Photography - Individual & Family group portraits and more. B/W Photofinishing; Negative and Slide Processing; Prints from slides services. Art Supplies: Oil, Acrylic, Water Colour paints; Brushes; Pencils, Pastels, Sketch Books, Pads, Water colour Blocks and Papers up to 300lbs; Pre-Primed and Un-primed Roll Canvas and ready made stretcher frame type, and canvas board - various sizes.
